MeetingsThe Alexandra House Swindon offers a choice of 25 meeting and conference rooms which are suitable for a number of different types of activity and event. The venue is suitable for wedding celebrations and the staff are well-versed in hosting them, while it can also be used for team building exercises, boardroom meetings, banquets and theatre style meetings. The largest room is able to accommodate for up to 240 people when set up in a theatre style.

All the necessary equipment is available and this includes a stage, wireless internet access, video conferencing and video camera link up.
The table below shows a list of the hotel’s meeting facilities with their respective sizes and capacities for the major room layouts. In addition to those outlined, the rooms can be set up in classroom, u-shape and dinner dance formats.
